Hi all,
I am setting up a gardening group at the Ladder Children's centre on Pemberton Rd and am pretty much starting from scratch. I am after anything to get us going -namely gardening tools, seed trays and pots watering cans etc. Can pick up stuff. If possible please support so we can get all the little ones into gardening - many don't have a garden of their own. Thanks. Nemone.

THE LADDER GARDEN GROUP

***Saturday Feb 27th between 9.00am-12.00pm*** we are having one tonne of council compost delivered to the Ladder Children's Centre on Pemberton road (entrance in alley opposite the infants school) and desperately need to borrow a couple of wheel barrows for the morning to move it. Anyone have one we could borrow?? Also very happy to have some extra pairs of hands to help with the digging!!

The BBC is giving away free veg seeds again, as part of their Dig In programme. Basic but still useful.

Hi everyone,
Please come and support our fundraising night at the Salisbury pub tonight. All proceeds to go to the nursery garden in the Ladder Children's Centre. Doors open at 7.30pm, live music from local performers from 8.00pm, DJ from tenish - funk soul etc. Ticket is also raffle number.

ALSO - does anyone have any herb or vegetable plants they would be willing to donate for our newly constructed raised beds? Particularly any rhubarb, tomato plants and any herbs at all?
