front garden wall and tiles

I know these days we are all being to build walls but i want to reduce the height of my brick wall at the front by about a foot +. anyone interested? i would like to finish with a layer of new bricks on tiop.

I also want to tile the path to the front door. with edwardian or victorian simple design black and white or terracotta. 

i see topps tile do a tile say 30x30 which looks like multiple tiles for the front garden path. about 50 - 60 sq m. i dont know what other options are there yet.

anyone interested in both jobs let me know, thx
