Had it on a plant last year. Didn’t treat it. Seems to have done no lasting harm. Plant has come back this year with no sign of scale so far.

I get scale on my acers every year. It won't kill them, but neither is it particularly good for therm. With the acres, it tends to affect the trunks and main branches. I turn the hose to one of the jet settings and just blast it off. It works.

Ok. I tried some spray on them as they are looking like they are set to overwhelm the plant. I know you say you get them a lot Hugh but I would like to get rid of them.  Any thoughts as to what I can use?
