Gardening for All Workshops
The Friends of Finsbury Park are running a series of six free "more advanced" gardening workshops led by local horticultural and environmentalists Bernie Rees and Martine Drake at their Community Garden in Finsbury Park (on the left just inside the Manor House Gates by Manor House tube).
The first session is on May 3rd from 10am to 1pm. Workshops will cover:
May 3rd - Trees and Shrubs
May 10th - Plant identification
May 17th - Vegetable gardening
May 31st - Designing your space
June 7th - Plant propagation
May 13th - Plants for difficult spaces and future training options
Please call 020 8809 0039 to book your place. Not for the complete beginner apparently.
