Please note: the rubber seal around the oven door has broken (see photos). It's cheap to replace but we've been using the oven as it is and not noticed any difference so haven't bothered.
Otherwise the oven is in perfect working condition. We are getting a new kitchen and need it gone this weekend, hence the low price.

It needs to be wired in - please use a qualified electrician.
It's on the 3rd floor and there is NO LIFT so you will need 2 people to carry it down.
