Young Professional Couple Seeking 1 bedroom flat

we're looking for a one-bedroom flat around Harringay. Maximum budget is probably around £1100 pcm.

We're really good tenants, take excellent care of the flat, always pay rent on time and all you would want but unfortunately our landlord is moving his sick mother into our flat in a few weeks' time.
