Young Black men, aged 16-24 wanted: casting call!

Putting this casting call out there for anyone who knows or works with young people!

Long running King's Cross-based charity, Action for Race Equality (ARE), is looking for talented young Black men seeking work in #Tech, #Construction or #Finance to star in a new campaign to put the spotlight on Black talent in London and help improve employment opportunities for all.
 
This forms part of ARE's Moving On Up (MOU) project which focuses on improving employment opportunities for young Black men in London who, even with a degree, are up to three times more likely to be unemployed than their white counterparts. 
 
ARE have engaged the creative agency BLITZWORKS to raise awareness of this issue, with a positive action campaign due to launch at the end of June - backed by Newham and Brent Council, Trust for London, the East London Business Alliance, and several employers champions including HS2, Thames Water, WTW and Lendlease.
