YOGA WITH LIZZIE - Subsidised Yoga Classes on Mondays at Asian Centre, Wood Green, North London

Asian Centre is conducting Yoga classes on Mondays from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon as part of a Community Project.  This is an unparalleled opportunity for you to get into the world of Yoga and Naturopathy and the first stage in transforming your lives towards a healthier lifestyle in a holistic way!  Details of the classes are as follows:

Venue:  Asian Centre, 8 Caxton Road, Wood Green, London N22 6TB

Type of Yoga:  Hath Yoga (Suitable for all ages including the beginners).  All the materials including Yoga mats, Yoga belts, Wooden meditation stools will be provided by the centre.

Time:  On Mondays - From 10:30 to 12:00 noon (starting from Monday, 29 October 2012)

Healthy Refreshment is provided.  Fees:  £1 for Haringey residents - £2 for non-residents

The classes are conducted by British Wheel of Yoga qualified Lizzie Gibbons, a professional who has devoted her entire life in the field of Yoga and holistic health.  Lizzie gives one-to-one tuition and caters for all ages ensuring that those who cannot sit on the floor can still reap the benefits of Yoga while remaining on their seats.

The Mind-Body Benefits of Yoga:  The goal of Yoga is to channel the mind, body and spirit so that each works together leading to a greater personal understanding and power.  The preventative and curative health benefits of Yoga include: stress reduction, increased fitness, weight loss, detoxification of the body and management of chronic health conditions.
