Recommendation for damp under bay window

Hiya - we had new windows installed about a year ago but have damp on the plaster beneath the windows now. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can help to repair (we need it done urgently as we're having a baby very very soon).

Note - the window company who installed have gone into liquidation so not an option

When we bought our house had some damp in same area and I panicked as well. It took 20 mins for a handyman ti seal it (outside) and it's been 4 years and all good still.
