Pretty self-evidently commercial. Look at the bottom of the page - one being set up for every borough, but good of its type. Katey from Enfield is behind it.

...wouldn't say I'm exactly behind it :) ...I do a bit of writing and research (mainly restaurant reviews and election material) for Inharingey, but I can't claim to be the brains behind it!

Not really a 'company' behind it as such Matt - it was set up by two brothers who have run a small graphic design and printing business ('First Edition') in Tottenham for over 20 years. They've lived in the borough all their lives and want to do something useful for the local community. Don't really want to speak too much on their behalf about the business side of it as it's their website, not mine, and I've only started doing some work with them recently - but if you're interested in knowing more about it there is an 'about us' and 'contact us' at the bottom of the home page, and they're always keen for people to get in touch and share their views and thoughts about the site
