Wood floor help

I have wooden floors throughout my house, I would like to get someone in to sand them and do a lime wash effect on them. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone local who does wood floors?
Also would like my garden paved so if anyone knows anyone local who can pave the garden I'd really appreciate recommendations

They also did my floors, specifically Petr's colleague Robert. Both are very friendly, I would recommend their services.

I am having some major work done in my garden and will be having some Brazilian slate laid next week. The builder I am using has done quite a bit of work for me and his workmanship, advice and pricing is excellent and honest. We used Yannis , and I cannot recommend him enough! He is AMAZING and a lovely, lovely man too.

yes, I'll second that - you won't find anyone to do a better job than Yannis and he is reasonably priced too.
