woman's handbag discarded in Grafton gardens

There's an abandoned empty woman's handbag (blue cloth, with a flowery pattern) in Grafton Gardens. Further down a child's pencil holder with pencils scattered all over. Hopefully it's just a bit of fly tipping but it may also be the remnants of someone being mugged here or elsewhere. Anyway, the bag does not look very valuable, but the owner may still want it back.
