spoke to one of the workmen and they are putting in electricity cables for the concerts (apparently a Health and Safety issue, to avoid having trailing cables running on the ground) - not sure who's paying for this though!!!

From what I've read many of the Park's neighbours think that health and safety would be well served by not holding the festivals.
