Winter fundraising at The Gospel Centre Foodbank

I can't believe the that we are about to enter the last month of the year. At this foodbank on Wightman Road between Raleigh and Hampden Road we seem to have been busier than ever. Our numbers increased to 75 and more from the middle of September. Our volunteer numbers and general commitment has remined which has helped us be ready to meet this demand.

So we are glad of the support in donations and finances that we receive. We do though need more at this time of year. You can do this by giving through our Neighbourly site . This can be gift aided. Also, by buying food online for us through Give today. Both links can be found on our foodbank web page at https://www.gospelcentre.co.uk/foodbank.html We will take in donations in person too, preferably from 9-10am on a Saturday as well as from 6.15 -7.15pm on a Thursday. We will take in most non perishable foods, but rice, tinned fish and meat as well as  cereals are most needed.
