Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Winkworths
Looks to me like Winkworths on Green Lanes is closing down. (I may well be the last to notice this and it's been discussed at length here already.)
Never even heard of the lot who have just opened...?

they've taken the 'Harringay' option off their website in the last two weeks, I can tell you that.

Just had a look at the website and 'Harringay' is still on there. Haven't been along there in the last few days - has the office shut down?

I think you mean Keatons that's closed down. They've been replaced by a local franchise of Kings Group.

Nope, I take it back. Cycled past tonight and the Winkworths office looks pretty abandoned. Though no sign of anyone taking it over. Gosh, 2 big estate agents gone in the last 2 months. Where will it all end?

I've heard, first hand, from the horses mouth (ie that of a Winkworth employee) - that the office is apparently undergoing a refurbishment rather than a relocation...
So. That seems to clear that one up!
Although one can never quite tell what estate agents are REALLY saying...?! (not that I'm making generalisations or anything. Apologies to the majority of lovely agents out there. I feel I probably ought to stop talking about estate agents now.)
