Winkworths to support Harringay Market

I'm loving this local business network and supply chain thing.

Earlier in the year I introduced Hugo Read to Kevin Vanthem with a vague notion that there may be mutual business interest to be uncovered. The food and wine nights that resulted were as unforeseen as they have been rewarding for the neighbourhood. The one I went to was well attended, enjoyable and full of neighbours meeting neighbours.

I've also been very active supporting Harringay Market from the off, both online and behind the scenes. One of the suggestions I made to Jessica was that she hook up with Elan Silver at Winkworth's who's been taking a growing interest in the local community.

Today I heard that Jess followed up on the recommendation and Elan's come up trumps. He's offered Jess free advertising for the market on Winkworth estate agent boards. He's helping with the design, and is bearing the cost of production cost and extra hassle in displaying the ads.

Elan also made the same offer for HoL which is very kind.
