Window cleaner reccomendation

Hi,

I'm in need of a window cleaner to clean the external windows of a first floor and second floor flat in N4. There are 10 windows in total. The ground floor flat has a small yard, so we would need someone who has an extendable 'tool' (I have no idea what else to call it!) to reach 4 of the windows.

We are having photos taken of the flat shortly, so we would like this doing very soon.

Please can anyone recommend a window cleaner?
