Will Pavement Barriers be removed as covid restrictions are lifted

As restrictions are being lifted

Will the Council be removing the pavement extension Barriers from Roads ?

Especially the one by Entrance to Finsbury Park Entrance

Got stuck for some time in yesterday evening. As got pushed that way by growing Roads works  in area.  Did not see one person on pavement

Yes I am aware I did not help with a my Journey. Returning from dropping of my Brothers Medications

Not aware if Barriers are purchased or Hired

But must have or be costing a Fortune

Plus not assisting Our already congested Roads

If roads are already at a near melt down whats it going to be like when All Covid restrictions. Are lifted. Could not believe the number of Delivery vehicles there are on Our already Congested Roads. Never mind the ever growing number of Commie Crazy Food Delivery Riders. Who seem to believe they can Ride wrong side of the road and on Pavements

I did see many E-Scooters. Including one users who was lite up like a Christmas Tree. Must have had near misses in past. That was a seated one 

And yes there was many Buses also stuck in Traffic

Joke is of the many road works I came across, none come up on Traffic Warning systems. Seems many was Water Leaks

Another a Joy of trying  to enlarge the number of properties, with limited old pipe systems
