WIGHTMAN road currently closed as a through-route

SINCE about 6 o'clock this evening, Wightman Road has been closed as a through-road and was still closed an hour and a half later.

This is due to another smash between cars; this time, outside Jewsons.

The Police cordoned-off zone is between the junctions with Burgoyne Road and Umfreville Road.

Traffic coming south down Wightman Road must turn left in Burgyone Road; traffic going up Umfreville Road must turn right.
