Wightman Rd Traffic Lights Broken

Roughly between Beresford and Fairfax both directions showing a constant red.

Any ideas who to contact about this?

Traffic lights were out of action again yesterday

It's hard to tell whether it's intentional or not, but the section where they were located needed some traffic control, as it was single lane.
