This is the usual kind of cock-up you get when LBH screws down the cost of road maintenance and the contractor therefore cannot justify the cost of doing one side, then the other. Wightman Road is wide enough to do it that way, they just don't get organised. Wightman Rd is in a pretty dire state in parts, so resurfacing welcome!
