The Mayor's purchase of the land means a minimum of 50% of the homes built will be affordable. StART wants to influence these decisions with the local community's hopes for the housing.
Have your say on homes for rent, income levels, property sizes, homes for sale, local connection, homes for health & social care workers...
Below is a link to StART's survey.
The goal is to gather as many views from the local community as we can on StART’s draft Housing Allocation Policy, in order to decide collectively on who should live in the 800 homes that will be developed on the St. Ann’s Hospital site.
The GLA has bought the land from the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust after three years of community action, and now we are striving to secure homes for local people that are affordable in perpetuity, within a sustainable and supportive neighbourhood environment.
Please encourage everyone you know to fill it out, especially those who are likely to be underrepresented.
Access the survey by clicking on this link. The deadline for responses is July 31, 2018.
