On no it isn't. This depicts a time two years from now when all the homes of Harringay have been filled with Veolia bins. The only space remaining is on Green Lanes.
In fact as a harbinger of the doom to come, wasn't there an invasion of self-locating bins at the festival last year?

LOL - very funny - I like it. Re the bins. I passed by a neighbouring house a couple of days ago and found 2 neighbours looking in amazement at the amount of bins they had delivered - 5 in one case and eh - 10 in another. This was because it was a house with 5 flats and they had delivered 5 on the front path and 5 round the side. We also live in a house with 5 flats and 'only' got 2 bins! It is so weird. Are they encouraging us to drink loads of wine and beer - or what.
