Rob, with respect . It's easy to identify the rogue board from the legit ones and takes no more than an hours work. Walk down green lanes. Write down the address of each board and then phone the estate agent to book a viewing if the property. The estate agent will then let you know if the property is to let or not. If it's not to let or for sale etc the board is rogue. It's very, very simple.

Rogue boards aside Rob, you have done a brilliant job. So well done mate! :)

Thanks for the heads up.  How many shops have signed up to the Traditional style frontage?  Would it be possible to confirm the plans for Turnpike Lane Station to St Anns?

First impressions on leaving TP  Station to head down Green Lanes are currently, awful. Are there any plans to do up the station? or is that someone elses budget?

Surely, they want to attract investment from Upmarket Independents shop owners and chains.
