I have seen it and it seems like it's a good one. But I also noticed that some GP surgeries recomended on here have terrible reviews on NHS choices.

I think asking here is equally valid actually - NHS choices tends to be used when people want to have a moan (quite legitimately in many cases, unfortunately) while HoL might bring up a more personalised response. 

My surgery has the worst NHS choices write-ups I have read, ever. It's not great, but it's not usually as bad as what I've seen on there.

I'm registered with West Green Surgery and they are really good. It's a busy place but all staff are friendly and attentive.

My husband is registered with this surgery. He has multiple problems including lung cancer and a heart problem. The receptionists are uniformly helpful and pleasant. When he was in hospital recently, the receptionists asked after him and greeted him warmly when he came out. The doctors are approachable and honest. They also have specialist clinics, and they keep in touch with patients who need specialist help, like my husband. The only reason I don't change to them is that I have been with my present doctor for 25 years!
