Weekly stressbusting acupuncture group in Crouch End

Hi all

I'm starting a weekly stressbuster group at my home clinic in crouch end and there are two places left. This is how it works: there are six auricular (ear) acupuncture sessions of six people, seated and clothed. Five tiny needles are placed around each ear and you relax for 30 minutes while they do their work. 

What are the benefits? Reduced anxiety/depression, better ability to cope, improved sleep, weight/smoking/drinking detoxification and a calmer approach to life. And its wonderfully relaxing to have. Just £15 per session.
