Wedding cake required! Any good Baker recommendations ?

Hi - i'm looking for a local baker that can make a simple royal icing covered 3 tiered cake.  Any one know a good cake maker?   I don't need it till the end of November, but would rather pay someone to make it than buy one from M&S!
