Haringey Forum for Older People (HFOP) is trying to get a website up and running and we need someone to help us out. At the moment, it's very, very basic.
Ideally, we're looking for someone who can spare a few hours to help us out so that we can manage the website on our own. It may be that we need to start from scratch. There may be a bit of funding but hoping someone might come forward who wants to help out a worthwhile charity.
If you can help or know of someone might want to, please get in touch.
HFOP really is a worthwhile cause.
Please leave a message if you can help. We'd really appreciate it.
Regards, James
You may be OK with just a blog - they are easy to set up if you've any experience at all, and Wordpress or Blogger are both free to use and have loads of capacity. You can set a fixed page as your opening page, then add news items as they come along. You can add any number of admins to divvy up the work.
I'd second that - Wordpress is very powerful but pretty easy to use, allowing you a mix of static pages & blogs, integrating with twitter etc. Free hosting is available on the wordpress.com site, or you can get a provider to host a wordpress installation (just make sure it is kept up to date):
