We're looking to buy
We are looking for a flat or small house to buy, ideally 3 bedrooms with access to outdoor space, and we haven't seen the right place through estate agents. We've lived on the ladder for many years and want to relocate to somewhere smaller in this neighbourhood. We already have a buyer for our place so if you are thinking of selling, please let us know. The 3-bed flats at Hampden Rd are on the market at the moment I think. Link.
The service charge will probably be more than £2000 a year so they're not really suitable to live in, just to rent out.
