We'd like to buy a 2bed flat and go direct (no estate agent)

We love Harringay and have been looking to buy for the last 5 months. We just haven't quite found the right thing and open days make it ridiculously competitive.

We'd like to try to buy direct, without going through an estate agent. We're first time buyers, have a good deposit and mortgage - so we're good to go.

Going through estate agents isn't working though and feels like it will never happen. A few also have slightly dodgy practises like trying to make you use their recommended broker!

We're looking for a 2bed with a garden ideally. The most important thing is a decent sized 2nd bedroom though rather than a garden (so you can fit a double bed).

We love Falkland road, Bereford, Effingham, Allison and Duckett Road. Also Burghley Road just off the ladder.
