• We’ll train you in: first aid, risk assessment, leadership, safeguarding & more

What we need from you: 

• Enthusiasm for nature
• Willingness to learn
• Free on Sundays - we would ask for fairly regular Sundays for a minimum of 6 months to make it worthwhile
• We recommend 1 - 2 days per week, with the option of joining one of our midweek projects for a 2nd day. 
• A basic DBS check is required

What will you do?

• Practical conservation - learn how to run habitat management sessions - including traditional methods like coppicing, hedge-laying and scything. 
• Work in diverse sites across Haringey: e.g. in woodland, wildflower meadow, ponds, wetlands and more. 
• Optional behind the scenes tasks - site visits, planning, maintenance, marketing, data.
