Water Softener system..

I had one installed a couple of years ago. After a great deal of research I decided on a non-electric softener, the Harveys Homewater 300. I can't remember where I bought it from but it seems to be widely available online.

This unit has proved very reliable, and any competent plumber can install it. I had it set up so the softened water is supplied to every tap / outlet except the kitchen cold tap and the garden tap.

We used Capital Softeners and they were excellent - ask for Alan Wright - he's very good and explains everything well. It's great having soft water.
