Waste crime: Wednesday morning - DEFRA responding to queries on waste crime & enforcement

There's a lot of posts around on waste crime at the moment (bin diving for ID theft, metal collection, unlicensed waste collections etc).

DEFRA are doing a twitter 'askDEFRA' session on waste crime & enforcement on Wednesday lunchtime - if anyone has the time & inclination then they could join in?
