David Parnell is the man. Great guy.  He's been used by people on HoL (including by me) for many years. He runs a free helpline. There's a link on his website.

It depends where it is - wasps do not return to the same nest so it will be a problem only for this year. Also wasps are endangered, and they are useful pollinators.
