Alas, Brian has now retired. 

But JSG are still going, and the person I spoke to was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with my washing machine. (Unfortunately, probably not economical to repair, of course, but they said they would if I wanted to.)

Hi Shez,

I use Andrew at AMR is number is 07961 757425. Reasonably priced, local and I've recommended him to a few folks and they've told me they were very happy.
