Washing machine charity?

I've been asked if there's a charity that passes on washing machines to those in need of one...any suggestions, please? Can find ones outside London but not in London!

The British Heart Foundation will collect your old washing machine,  providing it isn't a Whirlpool.  They are a national charity.
