Ward and Constituency Changes

Can anyone please clarify the proposed boundary changes in the White Hart Lane area?. Mixed messages suggest simple ward changes within Hornsey and Wood Green up to and including Woodside and Bowes Park, others suggest a chunk of roads (including Granville, Eldon, Homecroft) and a 'sliver' of the Scotch estate are being moved into Tottenham constituency. I'm not sure what happened with the Stroud Green proposal but I would be very grateful for some accurate information on this one, many thanks.
