Wanted - visitor parking permit Sydney Road

Hi, 

Could we please buy one visitor parking permit off someone who lives on Sydney Road? We're moving out in a couple of weeks and need one for the removal truck. Can't get through to the council and they're not answering our emails either so would be really appreciated!
