Wanted: One bed or large studio, Garden preferred.

Would be delighted if I could get a reasonable one bed with a garden, but a large studio would be nice too. I am currently in the middle of The Ladder and would like to stay in the area.  So, if anyone hears of anything, let me know. Don;t mind doing a bit of house sitting either, very reliable and a non-smoker.
