I just called the council to find out where my hourly vouchers were that I ordered 2 weeks ago and they told me they had run out of vouchers but would send me some complimentary daily vouchers out today first class post. maybe give them a call, they are posting mine out today so no reason why they couldn't post you some as well. Unfortunately I need the ones they are sending me as I have visitors coming.
