Wanted, Ladder flat or room for short term rent next Summer 2025 (June or July)

Hello, dreaming of Summer already? - Is anyone planning on being away in June 2025 (or even July) and interested in renting their flat for a short term rental (4 weeks) or private room with bathroom. Airbnb listing?

I have two adult relatives visiting next Summer in June for a month (they are well travelled, sensible and extremely tidy and considerate). Dates are semi flexible.
