Wheely Tots might have something in their Kit Library to buy or borrow, fill in the form (http://wheelytots.com/fit/) and they can check if they have something the right size.

Thank you. We will try that. He just wants a second hand one. Some sites we have looked at it seems to have people selling what looks like stolen bikes for sale.
