Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Want to buy - Cedar grilling planks

Does anyone know a local shop that stocks these? They are treated specifically for bbq'ing fish directly on the grill (after soaking for a few hours).

I'd like to find some to use for the Good Friday fish cook this weekend.

I don’t know of any local shops but for future reference the Big Green Egg online store has them.

These can also be purchased at wowbbq at the sunshine garden centre.
