Yes it is available. I think that IP22 is only suitable for zone 3 though (eg not directly above bath and at least 60cm away from sink). Is this good for you?

Sounds fine. Our previous fan stopped working after only couple of weeks and the hole has been stuffed with plastic bags for the last few years.

When's good to pick it up? I'm free all afternoon tomorrow.
