Walking the New River

We’re probably mostly familiar with the Harringay stretch of the New River, but for anyone interested in its upper reaches there are two posts on the London Inheritance blog, based on walking it from its source (current post at: alondoninheritance.com for the Cheshunt to Bowes Park section, previous section from Ware to Cheshunt linked in the article); the final stretch down to New River Head is promised for a blog post later this week. Perhaps not as fully-researched as one of Hugh’s pieces, but gives a flavour all the same.
