W5 bus Harringay Station and Stapleton Hall rd

Beware - yesterday there was a diversion and no buses were stopping along this section of the route with no  poster informing passengers that this is in operation. Many people had been waiting a long time unaware until I informed them. Local operations were aware but blaming TFL and refused to help pass on the concern when I called to inform them. Later in the day on the return journey the driver dropped us of on Quernmore junction and could'nt explain why the diversion was still in place despite the road works no longer being problematic and to confuse and frustrate the situation further on reaching Harringay Station we were greeted by another W5 bus which was following behind which had taken the regular route and was dropping of a Harringay Station.

This hardly encourages you to use public transport when it is so unreliable especially when it is a hospital route and the consequences of being late for an appointment can be devastating. Better leave a few hours before your appointment is due as when flying to be on the safe side!
