I don't know sorry and i don't have an iphone/ipad to try it with. Googling about surveymonkey and iphone or ipad makes it sound like it should work ok, but someone elss has commented on the movie survey in one of the email text boxes that it didn't work with their phone.

Not much we can do about it now, how about enter a comment in the " What else would you like ..." text box with your movie preferences? I can pull those comments out of there and add them to the final tally?
