Volunteer - Readeasy Hackney

Readeasy Hackney is a local branch of a national charity that helps adults to learn to read, and we are now looking for a volunteer Team Leader to support and grow this vibrant group.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has

• strong leadership and team management skills and experience;
• the ability to think and act strategically, set goals, plan work and delegate to others;
• a strong commitment to making a life-changing difference to Hackney adults learning to read.  

Previous experience in teaching literacy is NOT essential - empathy, patience and commitment are much more important!
