Visitors Parking Permits

Anyone know if it's still possible to buy visitors' parking permits IN PERSON - e.g. at Wood Green Library (or elsewhere)?

The last post I could find on this is 18 months old and a lot can change in that time!

Yes! But avoid Wood Green Library like the devil, unless you feel like wasting many hours, and go to Marcus Garvey in Tottenham instead: I got little to no wait and charming service just a few months ago.
