Virtual visitors parking permits

So i created an account for the parking permits but its saying it cannot validate me and for the life of me I cannot find out how to do this!

I am on the electoral roll at the address and the CT comes to me as a c/o so not sure why I am not being validated. I urgently need some parking permits so i can have my mums car parked outside but not sure how to get this sorted.

Any help would be appreciated.
